Why do I need to connect my Google account?+
You don’t have to. TrustFusion can look up and display your business’s public reviews just by searching your business name — no Google login required. Connecting your account, either via OAuth or by adding TrustFusion as a Manager on your Business Profile, is entirely optional, and gives you guaranteed-complete, officially-sourced review data.
Will it slow down my website?+
No. Reviews are fetched in the background and stored in your own WordPress database. Your live pages load from that local data, with zero calls to Google when a visitor views your site.
How many reviews can I show for free?+
Up to 10 reviews per business location on the Free plan. Paid plans show your full available review history, and every plan — including Free — lets you connect unlimited business locations.
Does it work on Shopify or non-WordPress sites?+
Yes. Alongside the WordPress plugin, any paid plan includes an embeddable JavaScript widget that works on Shopify (Custom Liquid), Wix (Embed HTML), Squarespace (Code Block), or any plain HTML/PHP page.
