Refund Policy — TrustFusion

This policy explains when and how you can request a refund for a TrustFusion license purchased through reviews.webcitylab.com.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Every paid plan includes a 14-day free trial before you’re charged anything. If TrustFusion doesn’t work for you after that, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first charge date (i.e., 14 days after your trial ends — not 14 days after you started it). This guarantee applies to the initial charge on a new license, once per customer per plan tier.

2. What’s Not Covered

  • Renewal charges — since plans renew automatically, the 14-day guarantee applies only to a license’s first charge, not to any subsequent automatic annual renewal charge.
  • Suspended accounts — licenses suspended for violating our Terms of Service (license-key sharing/redistribution, abusive use, or attempting to circumvent site-activation limits) are not eligible for a refund.
  • Requests made more than 14 days after your first charge date.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email support@webcitylab.com with:

  • The email address used for your purchase
  • Your license key (found in your purchase confirmation email)
  • A brief note on what wasn’t working for you — this isn’t required to process the refund, but it helps us improve TrustFusion

We’ll acknowledge your request within 2 business days.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

All purchases are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Once we approve your refund request, Paddle issues it to your original payment method — timing from there depends on your bank or card provider, typically 5–10 business days. You’re also welcome to submit a refund request directly to Paddle in accordance with their own Buyer Terms.

5. What Happens to Your License

Once a refund is issued, your license key is suspended — it can no longer verify or activate on any site. Any reviews or business data already synced to your own WordPress database, or saved to your widget dashboard, are not automatically deleted — see our Data Deletion Policy if you’d like that data removed as well.
